Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Shreemoyi, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for you. Our policies and terms of use are designed with your convenience in mind, so we encourage you to review them carefully to make informed decisions.

Exchange Policy

Product Accuracy and Quality Checks:
We strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are available only for orders within India in case delivery of defected or damaged items.
  • Exchange is subjected to availability of same product as we deal in handpicked exclusive products.
  • In Case of non-availability of same product it can be exchanged with another product of same or higher value.
  • Customer can also avail a store credit in case of unavailability of same product valid up to 90 days.

Condition:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags.

Please Note:

  1. Misprints and minor differences in colour and handwork from website images are not considered
  2. These variations are inherent to thehandcrafted nature of our products and are considered marks of authenticity.

Exchange Process:

  1. Request Submission:
    Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery via email at Shreemoyi.orders@gmail.com  or call +91-9406935901 along with unboxing video. Alternatively, you can submit your exchange request on our website here.
  2. Exchange Approval:
    Exchange is subjected to approval in case of delivery of defected or damaged product only.
  3. Processing Fee:
    A processing fee of ₹300 per product will be charged. Please share the payment screenshot via email.
  4. Direct Shipping (Optional):
    If you prefer to send the product yourself, our team will provide you with the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use reputable courier services, as we are not responsible for any loss during transit.
  5. Reverse Pickup:
    Once payment is received, our team will arrange for reverse pickup.
  6. Quality Inspection and Dispatch:
    After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the exchanged product within 7-10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 90 days.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations:

  1. You can cancel orders within 2 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.

Shreemoyi Cancellations:

  1. Reasons:
    We may cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.
  2. Refunds:
    For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.

Cancellations Charges:

  • Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge (payment gateway fees).

Credit Note Validity:

  • Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 90 days.

Refund Policy

  • No Returns or Refunds:
    We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.

Final Authority

Shreemoyi reserves the right to make the final decision on any exchange or damage-related claim.
